International Consortium to Minimize cables and connectors across the aerospace industry
60 speakers from North America, Europe, and Brazil representing Aerospace industry Application/End Users and Technology Developers are confirmed for The CANEUS "Fly-by-Wireless" Workshop March 27-28. The goal is to minimize cables and connectors across the aerospace industry by providing alternatives that increase safety, reliability, supportability and performance, while lowering costs throughout a vehicle/fleet and program's life cycle.
After the presentations, an entire session will be devoted to discovering areas of mutual interest an potential collaboration which will launch "Fly-by-Wireless" for Aerospace Vehicles Project and to spin-off many other collaborative efforts. Hosted, this time, by the widely attended RFID World Conference, the workshop serves as the first step in a long-term effort to bring together the technology developers and application programs and encourage their cooperative efforts.
The international CANEUS Organization is co-hosting with NASA: the "Fly-by-Wireless" Workshop, which is being held from March 27-28, 2007 in Grapevine, TX, USA. This workshop will be held in conjunction with the 5th RFID World Conference and the 1st IEEE Conference on RFID. http://www.caneus.org/workshop/
